Arc Welder
Effect |
The
ARC WELDER EFFECT board has a bright blue LED which lights randomly to give welding effects.
By changing the terminals connected to the blue LED a high frequency
random flicker can be superimposed upon the blue LED. By adjusting a pot the speed of the random flashing can be changed. A red LED is provided
which gives the effect of hot glowing metal which increases in brightness
as welding begins and decreases when welding stops. |

Arc Welder
Effect with Sound |
This
Arc Welder board is additionally
supplied with a loud speaker to give a transformer hum noise. The hum is louder during
welding. |

Fire Effect |
With the
fire effect board three high
intensity orange LEDs are randomly flickered to give a fire effect. |
The LEDs are
supplied screwed to the terminals of
the board and can be easily wired at a distance
from the board. |

Lighthouse
Effect |
The
LIGHTHOUSE EFFECT BOARD flashes a white LED at 4 second intervals. The
light increases and decreases in intensity gradually to give the effect
of a beam of light sweeping round rather than a light simply switching
on and off. |

Power |
The
board is powered from a supply of between 9 and 16 volts either AC or DC.
This connects to the two screw terminals as shown in the diagram.
For DC the positive is connected to the "+" and the
negative to the "-" terminals. |

LEDs |
The
board is supplied with a white LED fitted in the screw terminals. The
short leg of the LED goes to terminal "1" , the long leg to
terminal "2". If desired the unit can be used to power
different LED's provided they do not have built in resistors. |
