By telephone: We can accept phone (01538 756800) payments with a credit or debit card.

By paypal: We accept internet payments by PayPal to cah@heathcote-electronics.co.uk. If you wish send us an email of the items you require we can send you a paypal request.

By post: We accept payment by post this may be by cheque, postal order, credit or debit card. Send these to Heathcote Electronics, 1 Haydock Close, Cheadle, Staffs, ST10 1UE, UK.

Postage: Postage within the UK is £4.00 per order. Within Europe postage is £9.50 per order and International postage is £15 per order. The goods will be sent First class or Airmail as appropriate.

Terms and Conditions

Our terms and conditions comply with current legislation, including the Distance Selling Regulations and are designed to ensure that all of our customers can shop easily and with confidence at Heathcote Electronics.

Pricing: All prices are in £ (pound) sterling, and the table displays the full price exclusive of delivery charges. You may pay by any of the credit and debit cards shown on the page. We can also accept payment by cheque and postal order made out to Heathcote Electronics. We are under no obligation to accept your order. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to acceptance of your order.

Accepting Orders and Security: When you place an order we will treat it as an offer to buy. When the funds are transferred we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will phone or e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know. We do not hold a data base of customer details and never sell or disclose customer information.

Cancellations and Returns: You may normally cancel your purchase if you notify us within 7 days of delivery. If there is a fault or some other defect with your product(s) you may return it to us within 28 days for a replacement or refund and within 1 year for a repair or replacement. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We will send you returns instructions. Your product must be complete and in unused 'as new' condition (e.g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original receipt and in the original box with packing and accessories. We will refund the money paid (not including p&p) by either a refund to the card or by a sterling cheque made out to the purchaser.

Delivery: For items already in stock we arrange despatch the next day and normally use first class post. If the delay will be more than 7 working days from the receipt of your order we will contact you with our estimated despatch date.
