      The Broxbourne Model Railway Club has built a 40 foot long end to end automatic layout on three levels.
At the bottom level is a loco. coaling stage where trains queue to be re-coaled before running around the coaling stage and back to the hidden sidings.
The layout uses SA1, IRDOT-1, IRDOT-2D and IRDOT-P boards.
There is also a large manually operated layout at the club.
Broxbourne Model Railway Club is open to the public 1.30 to5.00 on Sundays, admission free and is situated The Meadows, Mill Lane, Broxbourne, Herts. 		 
       
       
       
       
         
      Our SA5-S pc board, a passing loop controller for same direction trains, has been purchased by PECO for use in the loft layout at PECORAMA

      3 AND 4 ASPECT SIGNALLING: This page has been rewritten to give more details. It also includes IRDASC-4RI and IRDASC-5RI which have route indicator facility.

      DCC Coach Lighting   This has now been upgraded to suit most types of OO/HO coaches.  
         
      Simple Shuttle   
      The Simple Shuttle now has an adjustable pause.  
         
      MAS-Sequencer (2 Aspect)  
      Versions of the MAS-Sequencer are now available for 2-Aspect signalling. The signal is at green until the MAS-Sequencer detects the train. The signal then changes to red and stays at red for an adjustable length of time before returning to green.  
       
         
      SA5-PB and SA5-SPB   
      A variation of the SA5 and SA5-S (passing loop control for two trains), the  SA5-PB and SA5-SPB version allows a push button switch to be wired to the board. When the push button switch is pressed the two trains alternately do 3 laps of an oval each and then wait until the push button is pressed again.
This feature was designed for layouts in permanent exhibitions so that trains only run when someone is watching.		  
     
       
         
      German Aspect Signals  
      Following a request from one of our customers the MAS-Sequencer-4 and IRDASC-4 can now be supplied to work signals with German aspect i.e. red, green and yellow, green.
